Food has always been my greatest passion.

For years I thought I was eating very healthily, until my own struggles with my skin and gut health told me otherwise.

Changing what I ate transformed way more than I expected: energy, mood, resilience.

That’s why I started Happygut Food, to help people reconnect with real food.
